Attire is business casual/comfortable for all IMS functions. 

At this time, the property cannot accommodate additional nights.

For advisors, exhibitors, and media, ground transfers and meals outside the conference agenda will be personal expenses.

For the home office staff, Uber/Lyft to and from the airport will be covered by Sanctuary Wealth. Meals outside of the conference agenda will be a personal expense.

The main event space is located in the Palazzo D Ballroom. Breakouts will be located in both Amarante 2-3 and Del Lago 1-4. Exhibit Hall and meals will be in Palazzo E-H. The Palazzo Ballroom is located on the lobby level of the JW Marriott meeting space.
